Your comfort is our number one priority. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a smiling face. We’ll invite you into our private client waiting lounge where you can relax and wait for your skin therapist.
We want your experience to be personalized to your preferences. Need an extra pillow or blanket? No problem. Would you like to listen to traditional spa music or a podcast during your treatment? You got it! Our goal is to provide you with the very best results-driven treatments, without compromising your comfort and relaxation.
Stuff happens.
We totally get it. Things happen and occasionally you’ll need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. That’s not a problem! We just kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the clinic. Your 24-hour notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to a waiting client and protects our ability to serve you and others.
